We’re now looking for a Production Manager to join our team in Wexford, PA. In this key role, you’ll coordinate and guide residential and commercial painting jobs through the scheduling and installation stages, serving as the focal point for communication among all involved parties. Key Responsibilities
As a Production Manager, you will:
- Ensure assigned projects are kept on schedule and within budget while meeting clients’ needs and delivering quality results.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate painting projects from estimate to completion.
- Draw up schedules and plans of operation in close consultation with homeowners, architects, contractors, remodelers, and other representatives.
- Solicit painting subcontractors and maintain proper ratios of painting crews to estimators.
- Coordinate other trades such as pressure washing, carpentry, stucco repair, and more.
- Lead meetings and ensure proper document control and recordkeeping.
- Ensure accuracy in estimates and job costing, and facilitate weekly owner payroll reports.
- Guide projects to completion, ensuring proper close-out and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the central point of communication among all parties involved in each project.
Qualifications
We’re looking for a self-motivated individual who thrives in fast-moving environments.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of word processing, business software, and spreadsheet applications.
- Professional appearance and personality.
- Team player who can also work independently.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers.
- Ability to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly Compensation: $4,000 – $8,000 per month
- Benefits Package: Varies by location (may include 401(k), flexible schedule, free uniforms, training & development)
