Lotty’s Professional Painting is a growing residential and light commercial painting company known for quality, professionalism, and attention to detail. We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced painter or a regular painter with crew experience who wants long-term stability and growth opportunities. We currently have 6 employees who have been with us over 5 years, and we’re looking to add more reliable team members who take pride in their craft.

Requirements
We’re looking for experienced painters who meet the following criteria:
Essential Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in the residential or commercial painting industry leading a crew. For regular painter positions, we require 3 years of painting experience working within a crew.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
- Strong prep skills caulking, spackling, sanding, and basic drywall repairs.
- Ability to work clean, professionally, and respectfully in customers’ homes.
Bonus Skills (not required but helpful):
- Hanging drywall, taping, and spackling.
- Carpentry skills.
Note on Background and Drug Testing:
We do not care about marijuana use, and old criminal charges (10+ years) are not an issue. Everyone has a past, and as long as you are honest, you will be considered.

Compensation
- Pay: Discussed based on experience and skill level.
- Expected Hours: 24.0 – 48.0 per week
