About the Role
As a Grader Operator at Camex Civil, you will:
- Work across local body infrastructure, commercial construction, and subdivision projects.
- Operate graders and other heavy machinery (5T–20T) to move, excavate, shape, and compact materials.
- Carry out daily pre-start checks and minor machine maintenance.
- Work closely with site crews to ensure safe and efficient operations, particularly around other machinery, structures, and services.
- Primarily focus on unsealed road maintenance and grader operations.
- Enjoy a minimum of 30 hours per week, with the potential for up to 50 hours (Monday–Friday). Saturday work is available but optional.
What You Will Bring
We’re looking for a reliable, solution-focused operator who takes pride in their work.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience operating graders and other civil machinery.
- Experience in pavement maintenance.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Good physical fitness for this hands-on role.
- Full Class 1 Driver’s License.
- A reliable, solution-focused attitude.
Preferred (But Not Essential):
- GPS experience.
- Class 2 or higher license.
- WTR endorsements.
Remuneration
