We are seeking an experienced Grader Operator to join our team in Christchurch for upcoming civil and earthworks projects. This role will involve final trim, road preparation, and general grading duties across a range of sites. You’ll be working alongside an experienced civil crew, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating a grader for final trim and road construction works.
- Spreading and levelling basecourse and subgrade materials.
- Reading and working from site plans and levels.
- Carrying out pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance.
- Working closely with site supervisors and ground crews.
- Maintaining strict health and safety standards at all times.
- Assisting on-site where required.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience operating graders in civil environments.
- WTR endorsements and relevant licences.
- Strong understanding of levels and final trim work.
- Beneficial if able to operate diggers, skid steers, and bobcats.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to start ASAP.
